02/13/26 Grif.Net – Free Advice for Valentines Day

[FREE ADVICE FOR VALENTINE’S DAY from Dr. Bob, culled from m=
y experiences of being happily married for nearly 3 years. Which is not bad=
, since I’ve been married 56 years . . . ]

*There are two ways to handle a =
woman. Nobody knows either of them.

=

*Never argue with your wife when she’s =
tired . . . or when she’s rested.

&n=
bsp;

*All marriages are happy. It’s trying to =
live together that causes all the problems.

*When your daughter brings ov=
er her boyfriend, don’t worry about the noise they make. Worry about the lo=
ng periods of silence.

*If "I am" is the shortest sentence in the=
English language, is "I do" the longest sentence?

*When a man ha=
s words with his wife, she probably has paragraphs for him.

*The three most=
important words to a woman on her wedding day are the aisle, the altar, an=
d the hymn.  Don’t say that too fast: aisle alter hymn, aisle altar hy=
mn.

*Marriage means commitment. Of course, so does insanity.

*When a man b=
rings a woman flowers for no reason, there’s a reason.

*Alimony is the wage=
s of sin.

*You can always tell a real lady . . . but not much.

*Don’t sow w=
ild oats on a date Saturday night, then go to church on Sunday to pray for =
crop failure.

and finally,

*Love may be blind, but marriage is a real eye-o=
pener.
