A friend shared, “Last year my youngest =
granddaughter, Grace, started kindergarten. After a few days, she came =
home and said, “Grandma, I learned all about the slide rule =
today.”
I was happy to hear that she was learning something =
new and really impressed they were already teaching math.
I asked her to explain what she’d learned to me, and =
she said, “Only one kid on the slide at a time.”
