One day I =
boarded a bus for a long trip across the city and sat down next to a =
boy. I watched him eat one chocolate candy bar after =
another.
Being =
concerned, I shared, "Young man, eating so much chocolate is not =
healthful for you."
He continued =
unwrapping another bar and said, "My grandfather lived to be 112 =
years old."
"Do you =
think he lived to be so old by eating lots of chocolate?" I =
asked.
The boy =
answered, "He got to be so old because he minded his own =
business."
