02/22/18 Grif.Net – Witty Retorts for the Workplace

[Many have joy or dismay =
employed in offices with a wide array of co-workers.  Sometimes =
you’d like to tell them what you really =
think.]

If idiots grew on trees, this =
office would be an orchard.

If you find it hard to laugh at =
yourself, I would be happy to do it for =
you.

We are all entitled to be =
stupid. Unfortunately my co-workers tend to abuse this =
privilege.

If at first you don’t =
succeed, destroy all evidence that you tried.

I started out with nothing and =
still have most of it left.

I pretend to work. They pretend =
to pay me.

Errors have been made. Others =
will be blamed.

Whatever kind of look you were =
going for, you missed.

A cubicle is just a padded cell =
without a door.

Stress is when you wake up =
screaming & you realize you haven’t fallen asleep =
yet.

I thought I wanted a career. =
Turns out I just wanted paychecks.

Chaos, panic, & disorder – =
my work here is done.

Talk is cheap because supply =
exceeds demand.
