A very strong young man at a local construction site was bragging about how
he could outdo anyone in a feat of strength. He made a special point of
making fun of a 66 year old man.
After several minutes of listening to the young braggart, the old worker had
had enough. “Why don’t you put your money where your mouth is,” he stated.
“I’ll bet you a month’s wages that I can wheelbarrow something over to that
building, and that you won’t be able to wheel it back.”
“You are on old man,” the braggart replied. “Let’s see what you’ve got.”
The old man reached down and grabbed the wheelbarrow by the handles.
Then, nodding at the young man, he said, ” All right, punk, get in!”
