07/15/21 Grif.Net – Wisdom from Your Elders (part 1)

[Teresa and I =
have matured enough to have gained some understanding of life and want =
to pass it on. Pass IT on, not us, yet.]

**The only =
thing better than a good friend is a good friend with a bag of M & =
M’s

**Dust is a =
protective covering

**Everything =
slows down with age, except the time it takes cake and ice cream to =
reach your hips.

**If Daddy =
ain’t happy, nobody cares.  If Momma ain’t happy, ain’t =
nobody happy

**Men are good =
for only one thing, but how often do you have to parallel =
park?

**Don’t let =
aging get you down. It’s too hard to get back =
up.

**Dogs come =
when they’re called; cats take a message and get back to =
you

**A retired =
husband is a wife’s full-time job

**First you =
forget names, then you forget faces, then you forget to pull your zipper =
up, then you forget to pull your zipper down.

**I’ve =
never insulted anyone. I just describe them =
accurately.
