My young son =
enjoyed helping his mother when guests came to the house. Two =
missionaries came for dinner and when the meal was nearly over, he went =
to the kitchen and proudly carried in the first piece of apple pie, =
giving it to me. I thanked him and passed it to our =
guest.
He came in with a second piece of pie and gave it to me =
and watched as I again gave it to our other guest.
This was too =
much for him. He came up to me and whispered in my ear, "It’s =
no use, Dad. The pieces are all the same =
size."
