Thanksgiving. Focus. Start thinking about the fat boy in the =
chimney only when you turn the page on the calendar.
This year at =
Thanksgiving I am going to simply stop eating when I am full. Said =
no one, ever.
All it takes in one Thanksgiving gathering with =
undercooked turkey and you will be the “dinner rolls” and =
“beverage” person the rest of your life.
Eat, drink =
and wear stretchy pants.
An optimist =
is one who starts a diet on November 22nd.
