As Carla was =
getting to know John and his family, she was particularly impressed by =
how much his parents seems to love each other.
"They’re =
so thoughtful and considerate towards each other," said Carla. =
"Why, your dad even brings your mom a cup of hot coffee in bed =
every morning."
Soon Carla and =
John became engaged, and then married. On the way from the wedding to =
the reception, Carla again remarked on John’s loving parents and his =
mother’s coffee in bed.
"Tell =
me," asked Carla with a smile, "does it run in the =
family?"
"It sure =
does," said John. "But I think you should know – I take after =
my mother."
