I’ve often joked that we stopped with 3 kids because we read that every 4th
child born in the world was Chinese and we didn’t want to risk it. Ha Ha!
Now I read on the internet (so it MUST be true) that a couple with nine kids
went to a clinic for a vasectomy. The doctor asked them, with just a touch
of sarcasm, if they were sure they were through having children.
In all sincerity the wife replied, “Yes. We’re stopping with nine. We read
in the paper that with all the illegal’s coming across the border, now one
in ten babies born in the USA are actually Mexican. Neither of us speak
Spanish and we don’t think it would be fair to the child.”
