03/22/13 Grif.Net – Learning Something Stupid

[Someone told me at a person is “never too old to learn something stupid.”
So before you age another day, here are some simple truths to learn.]

To be sure of hitting the target, shoot first and call whatever you hit the
target.

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine.

A TV can insult your intelligence, but nothing rubs it in like a computer.

Never hit a man with glasses. Hit him with a baseball bat.

Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity.

The shinbone is a device for finding furniture in a dark room.

I didn’t say it was your fault. I said I was blaming you.

Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit; Wisdom is not putting it in a
fruit salad.

Going to church doesn’t make you a Christian any more than standing in a
garage makes you a car.

Always borrow money from a pessimist. He won’t expect it back.

I intend to live forever. So far, so good.

Jesus loves you, but I’m His favorite.
